Dunham Smokehouse
Directly from their barn located about a dozen minutes from BOHO Dunham, their pitmasters smoke only meat from farmers who prioritize the well-being of their livestock. A unique culinary experience that will have you coming back to enjoy and explore our beautiful region on a regular basis!
Inspired by the methods and recipes of Central Texas (CEN-TEX), they smoke their meats on well-dried maple wood for hours, using only local ingredients and accompaniments.

L’Épicerie café Dunham
The L’Épicerie-Café Dunham is a café-bistro, caterer and counter for marinated meats and ready-to-go meals of a good variety. The menu is sure to please all visitors including vegetarians and those looking for gluten-free options. The also host wines and spirits from the Brome-Missisquoi region.

The Route has 22 vineyards, 4 road circuits and 4 bike tours that will make your experience a most unforgettable one.
